Engaged in activities like fishing, canoeing, and tennis. Enjoyed the shared lounge, terrace, water sports facilities, and free WiFi. Kids loved the playground and BBQ. 4-star accommodation with a hot tub and sun terrace. Complimentary WiFi and cozy picnic area added to the charm.
Not enough time for all the activities - boo!

The location was beautiful, with easy access to a reservoir and lovely walks through the woods. The kids really enjoyed the trampoline and swing in the garden. We also loved the close proximity to various attractions, such as the caves and dinosaur park. Barry Island, which was just an hour away, was a great family beach. The owner, James, was wonderful with the kids and even showed them caterpillars in the garden.
We could have used more glasses and mugs during our stay. Other than that, everything else was good.

The location was perfect, with beautiful walks and attractions nearby. But what really stood out was the friendly and attentive staff, especially James, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our comfort. A true gem!
The hotel breakfast menu could have been more varied.

The rooms at Hiraeth At The Brecon Beacons were super cozy and felt like a home away from home. I loved the kitchen with its fridge and microwave - perfect for whipping up quick meals. The bathrooms were a godsend, with their showers, hairdryers, and even a washing machine. Couldn't ask for more!
Personally, I found the lack of a bathtub a bit disappointing, but hey, not everyone needs one, right?

Oh my gosh, you won't believe how comfy the guestrooms were at Hiraeth At The Brecon Beacons! The beds were like fluffy clouds, and the kitchens had everything I needed to whip up a quick meal. Plus, having two bathrooms with showers was a total game changer. I felt like I was living the life of luxury!
Honestly, the only thing that didn't quite tickle my fancy was the washing machine in the bathroom. It seemed a bit out of place, but hey, that's just my personal opinion.

Loved the hot tub and the shared lounge. The free WiFi was okay, I guess. Such a convenient location for fishing, canoeing, and tennis. Yeah, who doesn't love tennis?
Oh, I really missed having more coffee mugs. How am I supposed to survive without my excessive caffeine intake?
